U.S. Title 18: 1924 violation

From memory(NPR post ~2012/13)  I'm pretty sure that General David Petraeus, who violated the above code and pled guilty to one count before negotiating a lesser fine and resigning leadership CIA, is both an illuminating parallel to former President Trump's recent behavior and likely risks involved as to material transported from the White House to his property in Florida.

Trump's legal team, if not also himself, would be aware of this case. Perhaps unaware, however, of the legal concept mens rea, which can only worsen the longer this drags out.

That we, the people find it unsatisfactory will come to bear down in whatever course is forced upon them.

Applaud, please do, the latest action of Attorney General M. Garland in asking the appropriate authority to grant unsealing of DoJ's search warrant and receipted inventory.

Matters which POTUS 45(himself and/or legal team) have elected not to mention in their gross appeals to American populism and politicians. Which have long been served short by TFG.

To hand this morning A-G Garland's further audio comments plus - https://tinyurl.com/yck485rd -coverage as to unsealing the search warrant and inventory of boxed documents taken over by DoJ.

I understand also that former President Trump has 'pushed back' on assertions by other parties as to documentation on/about nuclear matters.

Pertinent to the Attorney General's remarks is mention of documentation potentially related to the Espionage Act.
